About Tronair

Tronair is a United States based company that provides its customers with high-quality GSE products and customer service to support aircraft ground operations. Tronair first began as Danair in 1971, and they were established from the Dana Corporation flight department. In their initial years as Danair, the company began with the manufacturing of towbars for companies such as Learjet, Gulfstream GI, and Falcon Jet. As they continued to grow, new products were introduced such as jacks and hydraulic power units.

In 1980, Danair was acquired by Tronco and was renamed Tronair Company as they shifted their headquarters to Holland, Ohio. Following their acquisition, Tronair continued to expand with a new facility and a shift towards GSE products. Additionally, Tronair has also acquired various businesses to increase their capabilities, and the Tronair family currently consists of Columbus Jack, DAE, DatcoMedia, Eagle Tugs, and Malabar.
